MBSA is pretty good free tool from Microsoft which helps to determine the security state of windows machines. I was just playing around with MBSA 2.0 today and thought would share with you guys...

Open the command prompt as administrator user and go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer 2>
Type in the command mbsacli to scan your computer.It list outs all the issues in your machine.
Also it has a nice GUI.
